As this event
is our major fundraiser of the year, we seek
sponsorship support from local businesses, groups,
civic organizations and individuals.
We offer four levels of sponsorship:
** With Samaritan-level sponsorships, we will send you two complimentary tickets to attend the dinner! Simply print the form, fill it out, and mail back to us with your check payable to Catholic Charities at this address: Catholic Charities Bureau, P.O. Box 543, St. Augustine, FL 32085 Please designate on the check that your donation is a Good Samaritan Awards Sponsorship. You can also donate online if you wish, via our user-friendly, secure online web site by clicking here. Please be sure to fill in the "Designation" field with the word SPONSORSHIP. All sponsorship forms must be received by Jan. 25, 2010 to ensure inclusion in the event program.
