2. FEMA has made individual assistance available for households in St. Johns, Flagler, Volusia, and Putnam counties. It means that individuals and households in those counties can apply for FEMA individual assistance which may include temporary housing assistance, basic home repairs, and certain other uninsured disaster-related needs. 3. If you’re looking for ways to help Floridians, the Florida Disaster Fund deploys resources efficiently and effectively to Floridians directly impacted by Hurricane Ian. Donations to the Florida Disaster Fund are made to the Volunteer Florida Foundation, 501(c)(3) charitable organization, and are tax-deductible.
