MEET THE PEOPLE BEHIND THE PROGRAMS
Ricardo Rosado-Rodriguez was born and raised in Florida. He earned both undergraduate and graduate degrees at the University of Dayton. His experience encompasses several fields, including healthcare administration, human resources, finance, operations and management. While living in Illinois, Rosado-Rodriguez dedicated much of his time to Catholic Charities, serving as both the fundraising chair and an advisory board member.
Tara Provini has been with Catholic Charities for more than four years. She has 10+ years of experience working with local nonprofit agencies. Provini has worked in a variety of programs ranging from disaster and family case management to behavior specialist and programs coordinator for adults with special needs. Along with being able to give back and help the community every day, Provini has lived in St. Augustine since 1989 and has two children. In her free time, she enjoys traveling and spending time with her family.
Marketing & Development Specialist
Elisa Bennett was born and raised in St. Augustine, Florida, with work experience throughout the St. Augustine and Jacksonville areas. A recent graduate from Florida School of The Arts, with a degree in graphic design who is currently pursuing two more degrees at the University of North Florida, Bennett enjoys working on the creative side of nonprofit businesses. She has several years of experience working with Catholic schools, churches and missions - all with the mission to serve the needs of the community.
Kate Fermani is passionate about working with people and has worked with children in shelter care for more than 30 years, while spending the last 14 years in child welfare in the states of Wisconsin, Indiana, and Florida. Fermani is married to her husband John - and between the two of them have 10 grandchildren. She earned a master’s degree at the Helen Bader School of Social Welfare University of Milwaukee, WI, and currently works in homeless prevention and rapid rehousing case management.
Amanda Jones has lived in St. Augustine for 3 years and prior to moving, lived in Kentucky where she worked as a case manager in aging services for a nonprofit agency. Although specialized in working with the senior population throughout her career, she enjoys working with all people and making a difference in the community. Jones currently provides case management for multiple programs and handles services such as utilities assistance. She is a graduate of the University of Dayton where she earned her degree in sociology and a minor in social work.
Lead Case Manager - Putnam County
Carol Stone has been with Catholic Charities for more than 14 years and loves giving back to the community. When not serving in our Putnam County office, Stone loves to golf, garden with her husband, and spend time with her family.
Marelly Oberholtzer was born and raised in Lima, Peru. She acquired her B.S. in Business Administration with a major in Accounting from Columbia College, FL. Her experiences encircle several areas of accounting and the banking field. Oberholtzer has lived in St. Augustine since 2008 with her husband and two children. In her spare time, she loves volunteering and spending time with her family.
